Bracknell Sunday League side Bracknell Athletic have proved pretty adept in recent weeks at providing video with the stunning goal from Jai McDonald the absolute pinnacle.

After Sunday’s fixtures though a new hero emerged with Chris Jeffries performing an incredibly difficult overhead kick shot in the 3-0 win over Bracknell Saint Germain.

Yes Pele makes the overhead kick look straightforward, but as someone who lacks the agility to bounce out of bed in the morning the athleticism required to perform this particular skill is quite impressive.

And in this video, Chris manages to get himself in a position to perform the feat:
