Episode two of the Berkshire Football Stories Podcast is out now and features Maidenhead United stalwart Steve Jinman discussing Alan Devonshire’s first spell at the club.

Covering 1996 to 2003, Steve talks through what was a successful period for the Magpies as they enjoyed success in the league and became the curse of former EFL side Yeovil Town.

The club also picked up four Berks & Bucks FA County Senior Cups as well as the Isthmian League Full Members Cup during Dev’s first spell in charge.

Incidentally, the book mentioned in the interview: ‘One For Sorrow, Two For Joy’ by Mark Smith is available on Amazon here.
