Seven sides remain in the Reading Senior Cup as the race to the Madejski Stadium hots up!

Will four time champions Wokingham & Emmbrook make it five in a row? Or will there be a new name etched on the trophy this year.

IF the Satsuma’s can do it for a fifth year it will arguably be the greatest of their RSC triumphs – coming as they are from bottom of the Uhlsport Hellenic Premier League with three wins from 33 league fixtures.

Their record in the Reading Senior Cup though is second to none. In short..

Don’t bet against the Satsumas!

One quarter final tie has already been decided with Highmoor-IBIS advancing against Thames Valley League side Mortimer 2-1.

They’ll face either Wokingham or Binfield (a repeat of last seasons final).

Bracknell Town travel to Henley Town at the end of the season – yes for some reason the Hellenic League finishes before the quarter finals of the Senior Cup take place – and there’s an all Thames Valley League tie between Marlow United and Westwood United.

The full draw – quarters to the final

Quarter Finals
Henley Town v Bracknell Town
Westwood United v Marlow United
Highmoor-IBIS 2 – 1 Mortimer
Binfield v Wokingham & Emmbrook

Semi Finals
Henley Town OR Bracknell Town v Westwood United OR Marlow United
Highmoor-IBIS v Binfield OR Wokingham & Emmbrook
