Bracknell Town topping more than one Bostik League table

The excellent @nonleaguecrowd twitter account has been busy collating stats from across step 4 and Bracknell Town come out looking in good shape.

The Robins – who are without a game until Saturday 6th October, are one of three teams in the Bostik League South Central Division 1 to remain unbeaten.

The other two sides are Marlow and Uxbridge who meet on Tuesday night (25th). Bracknell though are the only team in the division with a 100% record (six wins from six).

No team in the Bostik Premier has a 100% record but Cray Wanderers in the South East Division 1 and Basildon United in North Division 1 are yet to drop any points.

Top scorers

Bracknell though are currently the top scorers in all Bostik League divisions. The Robins have 19 goals with division rivals Cheshunt the next closest on 18.

The top five across the Bostik (at the time of writing) looks like this:

  1. Bracknell Town (SC1) 19 goals
  2. Cheshunt (SC1) 18 goals
  3. Enfield Town (Prem) 17 goals
  4. Aveley (N1) 16 goals
  5. Bognor Regis Town (Prem) 16 goals)
  6. Cray Wanderers (SE1) 16 goals
  7. Hayes & Yeading United (SC1) 16 goals

Across the country, in the Evo Stik Southern Central Division 1 Bromsgrove Sporting have scored 23 goals, Evo Stik Northern West side Atherton Collieries have 23 and Northern East side Sheffield FC have 21 as do Southern Premier Weymouth. Northern Premier Basford United have 22.
