Hollywood actor Mark Wahlberg has offered his support for Slough Town on social media this week.

Shared by the club’s co-manager, Neil Baker, the Italian Job star gave his support for the National League South side from a gym in a video posted on Twitter.

“Good luck to Slough Town in the Conference South,” said Wahlberg. “Let’s go, let’s see it, let’s aspire to be better, no b*******. Let’s go Slough Town.”

The Rebels sit second in the National League South, seven points behind league-leaders Wealdstone. They are at home to Aldershot Town in a friendly at Arbour Park on Tuesday night.
