Binfield and Ascot United both kick off their Uhlsport Hellenic League Premier Division campaigns on Saturday.
The Berkshire pair are joined on the road at the weekend – well by everyone as aside from Reading on Friday night at the Madejski, there are no home games at step 5 and 6 on the opening weekend.
Both the Moles and the Yellamen have recruited well over the summer with Ascot specifically looking a very changed side from the one that ended last season.
Binfield look to have strength in depth as well and go in to the season on the back of a good win over step 4 neighbours Bracknell Town on Tuesday night while Reading City have recruited well themselves.
Read Rob Davies full preview of the step 6 kick off in the Combined Counties League and Hellenic League Division 1 East here.
All Saturday matches kick-off at 3pm, all Sunday matches kick-off at 2pm and all midweek matches kick-off at 7.45pm unless detailed next to the above fixtures. Please always check with the host club before you travel if you are in any doubt.
