In the Hellenic League Division One East, Wokingham & Emmbrook will look to kick start their season when they host Bicester Town at Larges Lane on Saturday.

Just like the Sumas, the Foxhunters tasted defeat in their first game of the season when they ended up on the wrong side of a 5-4 score line at Wallingford Town last weekend. The Satsumas won the corresponding fixture 4-2 last season, so Daniel Bateman’s men will be hoping for a repeat of that result this time around.

The team who beat Wokingham last weekend, AFC Aldermaston, have a tough away day as they travel to Oxfordshire to face Abingdon Town. The Abbots have not played a competitive match since they beat Woodley United 6-4 on 4th August. Kieran Jennings’ Atom Men will have to be on top form to keep up their winning start to the season.

Eversley & California also have a tough assignment as Combined Counties Division One leaders Bedfont & Feltham come to the ESA Ground. Bedfont come into the game having scored 19 goals in their first four games but were held to a 0-0 draw at home to Frimley Green in midweek. If the Boars get a victory they will leapfrog their opponents, so it is all to play for on Saturday.

After getting their first points of the season with a midweek victory over Farnham Town, Sandhurst Town now have the opportunity to build some momentum when they play two games in three days over the Bank Holiday Weekend.

First, they welcome Fleet Spurs to Bottom Meadow. The Spurs currently sit bottom of the Combined Counties Division One after failing to pick up a point from their first three matches.

On Monday the Fizzers make the shot trip to play Cove in a game with an 11:30am kick off. The Wasps are also yet to pick up a point after their first three league games, so Sandhurst will be hoping for two good results, and to climb up the table at the weekend.

Eversley & California were also due to have a game on Monday away at Bagshot but the match has had to be postponed.

All Saturday matches kick-off at 3pm, all Sunday matches kick-off at 2pm and all midweek matches kick-off at 7.45pm unless detailed next to the above fixtures. Please always check with the host club before you travel if you are in any doubt.
