There are a full set of fixtures for local clubs this weekend. Wokingham & Emmbrook travel to Hellenic League Division One East leaders Abingdon Town.

The Abbotts have nine points from four games and are the division’s top goal scorers with fifteen. They also have the division’s top scorer, Anaclet Odhiambo who has eight goals already. The Satsumas will need to be resolute in defence in their visit to Culham Road this weekend.

AFC Aldermaston, who were briefly top of the league in midweek, host the division’s bottom side, Bicester Town at the Recreational Society. The Foxhunters have no points from three league games but despite their position, striker Ricardo Benjamin has managed to score five goals in four games in all competitions this season.

Please note, AFC Aldermaston’s fixture has been postponed with Bicester unable to raise a side.

Woodley continue their search for a first win of the season when they welcome Milton United to the Rivermoor. The Kestrels are playing a home fixture for the first time this term, and they will hope that will give them the lift they have been missing when they face the Miltonians, who have two points from their three league games.

Holyport make the trip to Buckinghamshire to play Penn & Tylers Green. Penn are currently ground sharing at Spratleys Meadow, home of Amersham Town, as their home at Elm Road does not meet the new FA ground grading rules. The Villagers currently sit two places and one point above their hosts in the table, and they will be hoping Fabian Driffill continues his goal scoring form that has seen him net four times in two games this week.

Eversley & California will look to build on their win in the FA Vase last weekend when they host British Airways at the ESA Ground on Saturday. BA are playing their first season in the Combined Counties Division One after winning the Middlesex Premier Division last term. They have had a solid start to life in the division and currently sit two places and one point above the Boars, although they have played two more league games. Eversley will be looking for a win to leapfrog their visitors, and to head back into the top half of the table.

Sandhurst Town are travelling to one of the most impressive grounds in the league this weekend as they play away at Sheerwater. The Sheers currently groundshare at the 6000+ capacity Kingfield Stadium, home to Woking of the National League South. Both sides have won their last three league games and are only separated by goal difference in the table, so the Fizzers can expect a tough game on Saturday.

Away from league action Wallingford Town travel to Faringdon Town for the first round of the Berks & Bucks Senior Trophy, a competition which is open primarily to Step 6 and 7 teams. Farringdon play in the Hellenic League Division Two West and are yet to get a point after two league games. Wally will be favourites to progress to the second round when the sides meet on Saturday.
