Ascot United are Football in Bracknell’s last remaining representatives in this seasons SSE Women’s FA Cup.

The Yellawomen should be favourites going in to their Second Qualifying Round tie by virtue of opponents Ashford Town (Middlesex) being two divisions below Ascot.

Darrel Evans side have lost their opening two Southern Region Women’s Premier Division fixtures but beat Wycombe Wanderers in the previous round of the cup.

In the league itself, newly promoted Woodley United can top the table at this early stage with a win at home to second placed Winchester City Flyers. Current table toppers AFC Bournemouth CST are in FA Cup action themselves.

In Division 1 Wargrave host South Coast side Moneyfields while Sandhurst Town play their first derby game at home to win-less Wokingham & Emmbrook.

Among the Thames Valley League Division 2 East fixtures is a reserve team match up between second placed Ascot United and fourth placed Abbey United while Binfield head to third placed Woking looking for their first points of the season.
