County Cup action again takes centre stage this weekend. In the Junior Cup the two all-Bracknell ties postponed last weekend will hopefully be played with Ashridge Park Royals taking on William Twigg whilst Sandhurst FFC host Newbold. Our three remaining teams in the Junior Trophy will all bid to progress through to the 4th round stage. Good luck to Hope & Anchor, Bracknell Royals and Bracknell Spartans U21’s this weekend.

With neither Bracknell Rangers (2nd) and FC Fernhill (3rd) with League games this weekend (they play each other in the 2nd round of the Aldershot Cup), a win for Crowthorne Inn against Raglan would see them stretch 7 points clear at the top of the Premier Division. The divisions other fixture sees Panthers (5th) take on Berks County (4th).

There’s a local derby in Division 1, and a first for the Bracknell Sunday League, as Woodley Saints (3rd) take on Woodley United (4th). Both teams have shown good form in recent weeks and a win for either team will put pressure on the top two of Athletico Ascot and Wokingham & Emmbrook. Ascot will look to maintain top spot but face tough opposition in Finchampstead Athletic whilst W&E host Athletico Forest. The divisions other fixture sees a struggling Winkfeld hosting Crowthorne FC.

Division 2 leaders Bearwood Wanderers will look to maintain top spot with a game against bottom team Panthers Reserves whilst hot on their heals Winnersh Rangers will look to pounce on any slip up by Wanderers as they play an inconsistent Golden farmer Rangers side. Both Bearwood and Rangers will aim to keep their unbeaten start to their seasons going.

The Leagues only team with a 100% winning record, current leaders of Division 3 AFC Dukes, will look to keep that sequence going but face a tough challenge from Winnersh Town (2nd). Elsewhere, 3rd placed team Bracknell Spartans play bottom team 3M at Cantley Park.

The big game in Division 4 sees Harts of Bracknell in 2nd take on bottom team Bracknell Titans, still looking for their first league points. A win for Harts will see them go level at the top with Bracknell Cavaliers Reserves who don’t play this weekend.
