Following Saturday’s 1-1 draw between Sandhurst Town and Wokingham & Emmbrook our man at the game Mark Pugh spoke to managers Luke Turkington and Clive McNelly.

The game was a frustrating one for Fizzers boss Turkington who’s side had the better of the first half and led through a Conor Harlowe goal, but McNelly’s Satsuma’s levelled in the second through Craig Haylett.

It was a second draw in three for Sandhurst who sit 12th in the Hellenic League Division 1 East while Wokingham sit in fifth with a win, a draw and a defeat.

Both sides now move on to Bank Holiday Monday action at Didcot Town Reserves and Holyport respectively while there is a full programme of fixtures that includes Finchampstead, Woodley United and AFC Aldermaston who were all also in action on Saturday afternoon.

You can see the full Bank Holiday fixture list here and an up to date Division 1 East table here.
