FC Bracknell are celebrating their 40th anniversary of providing football for boys and girls in the town with a visit to Reading FC Saturday afternoon.

Almost 400 players, parents and coaches will be at the Madejski Stadium on Saturday, with the players and coaches being paid for by FC Bracknell as part of their anniversary celebrations. The club prides itself in providing a child friendly atmosphere in which players can enjoy their football in the Bracknell Forest area.

The club was founded in 1977 and encompasses nineteen age group teams all the way up from U5s soccer school to U14s. The teams play their Saturday football in the East Berkshire Youth Football League and in the North East Hants Youth League on Sundays predominantly along the M4 and M3 corridors and has girls and boys across all of its age groups.

The FC Bracknell boys and girls will be hoping to cheer Jaap Stam’s team to a great performance against Middlesbrough Saturday.
