Woodley United have tweeted that Monday nights Perpetua Press Floodlit Cup Second Round tie with Windsor at Scours Lane is off due to an unplayable pitch.

The two sides had already received a bye in the first round and the match is one of five that remains unplayed in the second round – including Bracknell Town’s abandoned fixture at Highmoor Ibis for which their has still been no update.

Woodley tweeted: “Match off. Following overnight rain, an inspection has declared the pitch unplayable and tonight’s Woodley United vs Windsor tie is postponed. New date TBA.”

The Kestrels suffered a 1-0 defeat at home to Fairford Town on Saturday while Windsor left it late to see off Burnham 2-0 at Stag Meadow.
