16-year-old Josh Harris made an immediate impact on his Wokingham & Emmbrook debut, scoring in the 4-2 win over Didcot Town Reserves in February. Now he’s been nominated for an EPC Bracknell Football Award.
Dan Bateman, the Wokingham & Emmbrook manager was full of praise in that weeks issue of the Wokingham News. He said: “I have been receiving rave reviews about young Josh and this was a perfect opportunity to play him as I knew Didcot would also come with a load of young lads.
“We need to protect him a bit, but he has bags of talent, his energy levels were good and he got a goal, so it was a very pleasing debut for him.”
