When are the 2018/19 FA Cup, FA Trophy and FA Vase early round draws

The 2018 FA Cup Final may only just have taken place last month but the 2018/19 football season is fast approaching with pre season underway at many clubs and friendly fixtures just around the corner.

There are plenty of dates already in the calendar for fixture releases and opening days across the various leagues, but what about the Football Associations competitions? The FA Cup, FA Trophy and FA Vase.

The fixtures for those tournaments are due to be released on Friday 6th July and we’ll have coverage of the whole thing as Bracknell Town, Binfield and all our local clubs await their paths to glory.

Last season, the Robins, Moles and Ascot United all got as far as the Preliminary Round and Binfield did take Horndean to a replay but there’s still a way to go before any of them can join our East Berks FA Cup hall of fame.

Round dates

We’ve been busy compiling as much as we can on the FA Cup, Vase and Trophy and you can find round dates for each competition on the Football in Bracknell website. The FA Cup round dates are hereFA Trophy round dates are here and FA Vase round dates are here.

The FA Vase

Bracknell were quarter finalists in the Vase last season – but by virtue of their promotion to the Bostik League will now take part in the FA Trophy next season meaning coverage for the FA’s ‘second’ cup competition on Football in Bracknell for the first time.

All the fixtures for the early rounds will be accessible here on the FiB website.
