An FA England rep squad will head to the Falkland Islands in November featuring players from steps four and five of the English Football Pyramid.

Among those are Bracknell Town striker Liam Ferdinand and Reading City forward Mitchell Parker, while the Robins winger Joe Grant was placed on the standby list.

BBC Three Counties Radio journalist and presenter Ollie Bayliss tweeted the initial squad of 16 which will head out on Wednesday 7th November and return on Tuesday 13th November.

Here’s the squad:

  • Carl Pearce (Northwood)
  • Harry Curtis (St Paul’s, Jersey)
  • Liam Ferdinand (Bracknell Town)
  • Ibrahim Olutade (Hanwell Town)
  • Mitchell Parker (Reading City)
  • Olly Spooner (Basildon United)
  • Jonathan Lacey (Leverstock Green)
  • Louis Tibbles (Bury Town)
  • Leigh Bedwell (Didcot Town)
  • Alex Brown (Buxton)
  • Brendon Ocran (Barking)
  • Alex Paine (Chalfont St Peter)
  • Sam Ashford (Witham Town)
