Bracknell Town boss Geoff Warner has a lengthy injury list ahead of the Robins visit to Hertford Town in the Bostik League South Central Division One on Saturday.

Speaking to Football in Bracknell, Warner confirmed Seb Bowerman and Kensley Maloney were both out of contention while Dan Reid was out and Joe Grant was rated as doubtful.

Warner said he was hopeful Jamie McClurg would return to the Bracknell squad and new signing Jordan Brown could feature as long as all the necessary paperwork had been completed following his move from Marlow.

Between the posts, Warner said both Mark Scott and Chris Grace were available for selection. Scott played 45 minutes of Tuesday nights friendly against Burnham and Warner said: “It’s a tough decision, I will have to make a shout on Saturday. I spoke to both goalkeepers and they are happy with situation.

“We are very lucky to have two of the division’s best goalkeepers at Larges Lane and it’s going to be a challenge to keep them both happy.” he added.

Johnny Hathaway should play again for Binfield who host Windsor at Hill Farm Lane, despite the Robins injury worries. Warner said: “They need someone and we need him to have minutes. We are tight but it’s more beneficial for him to play 90 minutes.”

One other player in contention in Ryan Parsons who had to come off last week after colliding with a fence in the game against Molesey. Parsons suffered a cut down to the bone and required 18 stitches in his elbow.

Warner commented: “He had to come off straight away but the staff at Wexham Park did a brilliant and he’s back today.”
