Ascot United Ladies Reserves has a strong season in the Thames Valley Counties Women’s League Division Two East, narrowly missing out on a top four finish.

Key to the sides exploits was young striker Lou Pullen who scored 14 goals in 21 games for the Yellawomen. She also made one appearance for the clubs first team.

One nomination for Lou said: “Lou was the top goal scorer for Ascot United Lady’s Reserves. She won the golden boot this season, without missing a game.”

Another said: “Lou was top goal scorer for Ascot United Ladies reserves this season scoring some cracking goals. Lou has not missed a match all season and has played in a couple of different positions throughout the season. Never moans and always gives 100%.”
