Binfield handed tricky away day on Floodlit Cup first round draw




The draw for the First Round of the Hellenic League Floodlit Cup, now sponsored by Banbury Litho, has been made.

The draw pitches last season’s finalists Binfield with a tough early away day at Uhlsport Hellenic League Premier Division rivals Flackwell Heath while it’s a Division One East Berkshire derby for Woodley United who host AFC Aldermaston.

There are three other Berks sides in the draw with Windsor, Holyport and Reading City all having gome ties.

According to the release from the Hellenic League, 5 clubs including holders Ardley United received bye’s to the next round while the matches will be scheduled after the FA Cup draw has been made on Friday. The Bluefin Sport Challenge Cup has been also been drawn and you can see it here.
