It’s Friday night football at Binfield as the Moles take on Burnham in the Bluefin Sport Hellenic League Challenge Cup Fourth Round.

Roger Herridge’s side bounced back from a 4-1 league defeat at Tuffley Rovers two weeks ago with a 4-0 win at Egham Town in the FA Vase.

Herridge gave debuts to his two new Binfield signings, Calam Gallimore and George Short on Tuesday night and is likely to rest the latter for the fixture.

Herridge said: “I will be resting Danny Horscroft who has a sore ankle, Shorty has played two games in a week and it’s too much as he returns to full fitness while Kennie Chamberlain not available.

Asa Povey remains out but Joel Valentin added to squad as is new signing Tom Melledew.”

He added: “The starting line up is likely to see multiple changes from Tuesday night.”

Burnham come in to the fixture having won their last two games 4-0 and 4-1 with dangermen Sam Coles and Gavin James on five goals each so far this season.

The Blues beat Windsor 2-0 in the previous round while Binfield survived an early scare to beat Chalvey Sports 6-1.
