Former Bracknell Town winger Joe Grant is currently on loan at Hayes & Yeading United and opened the scoring as the BetVictor Southern League Premier Division side beat Poole Town 3-2 on Tuesday night.

The match was an FA Cup Fourth Qualifying Round replay after the two sides had drawn 1-1 on Saturday at the SKYEx Community Stadium.

Grant, who is on a months loan with the step 3 side from Vanarama National League South side Slough Town, headed home in the 31st minute from a Toby Little corner.

It was Grants third goal since joining the club, his first coming against former team mate Chris Grace in an FA Cup Third Qualifying Round tie against Hendon while his second was in a 6-0 League Cup win over Metropolitan Police.

Grant, who spent three season with Bracknell after joining from Ascot United, has played seven times in the National League for Slough Town this season after impressing Rebels bosses Neil Baker and Jon Underwood in the summer.
