Listen in to Football in Berkshire’s daily interview podcast

The Berkshire Football Stories podcast is back, with a small twist, it’s now almost daily as Tom Canning and Rob Davies catch up with the men and women that make the non league and grassroots game in Berkshire great.

While we’re all self isolating and social distancing, Football in Berkshire thought it might just be the tonic to keep us all connected – and to be frank – use up a bit of our own time now that we can’t write about local football all the time.

The format? Tom and Rob, in their own separate homes dial in to a call each day for a pub (but not at a pub) chat with someone involved in Berkshire each day, record it and push it out through the Berkshire Football Stories podcast on iTunes, Google Play, Spotify and many more.

So far we’ve spoken to managers and chairman from various levels of the game, from the National League to the Hellenic League and there’s an absolute treasure trove of interviews to come. We’ve had the nod from: Craig McCreeth, Gareth Coates, Dave Melin, Rachael Laws, Derek Sweetman, Ollie Bayliss, Ellen Hopkins, Ady Williams, Mark Tallentire, Idris Kamara, Gareth Ainsworth, Shane Cooper-Clark, Alicia Povey, Darren Barnard, Neil Graham, Rob Challis and Mark Anderson.
