Have you been watching the Slough Town #rebelsrewind

Being a Slough Town fan over the last few decades has been a roller coaster from what was the pinnacle of English non league football down to step 4, and almost back again.

Those years have been interspersed with regular visits to the Second Round Proper of the FA Cup as well as other special fixtures, and the club have been marking those occasions during self isolation with Rebels Rewind – classic 90 minute matches in full – on a Saturday afternoon at the traditional 3pm kick off.

Saturday 4th April’s #RebelsRewind is an FA Cup classic from 1991 when Slough hosted Berkshire neighbours Reading at Wexham Park on 16th November in the First Round.

Watch the full 90 minutes live below from 3pm or on the Rebels YouTube channel here:

Previous broadcasts have included the 2004 FA Cup tie against Paul Merson’s Walsall and the 1973 FA Amateur Cup Final at Wembley against Walton & Hersham.
