Reading FC Women kick-off Continental Cup campaign this week

The FA Women’s Continental Tyres League Cup kicks off on Wednesday 7th with a packed schedule throughout October and November.

Reading FC Women are in group D alongside Charlton Athletic, Brighton & Hove Albion and West Ham United who the Royals beat 1-0 on Sunday in the FA WSL.

Reading lost to beaten finalists Arsenal at the Quarter Final stage last-season after getting out of a group that included Chelsea, West Ham, Tottenham Hotspur, Crystal Palace and Lewes.

The Royals group D fixtures are:

Match 1 – Reading FC Women v Charlton Athletic – 7.30 pm, Wednesday 7 October, Madejski Stadium

Match 2 – West Ham United v Reading FC Women – 7.30 pm, Wednesday 4 November, Dagenham & Redbridge FC

Match 3 – Brighton & Hove Albion v Reading FC Women – 7.30 pm, Wednesday 18 November, The People’s Pension Stadium, Crawley FC
