A round up of the latest non-league football news from the Hellenic League see’s post match comment from the Binfield vs Bracknell Town derby and news of Joe Grant’s injury.

Bracknell Town boss Mark Tallentire believes his side should have won by a more comfortable margin at Binfield on Monday night.

“I thought it was as comfortable a 1-0 win as I have seen.” he told the Bracknell News.

The one downside for the Robins boss as we reported on Tuesday was the potential season ending injury to in-form winger Joe Grant.

Binfield manager Roger Herridge said following the defeat: “They had a little bit more nous, a bit more experience and a bit more know-how right across the pitch.”

The Hellenic League website is reporting that Henley Town’s trip to Brackley Town Saints on Wednesday is their best remaining chance for a league win this season.

Saints have been erratic all season but Henley managed a 2-1 win at Ascot United on Tuesday to move off the bottom of the table.
