Football in Bracknell make summer signing

New signing will increase step 6 coverage on Football in Bracknell

Football in Bracknell make summer signing

Following our recent shout out for for contributors, we’re delighted to welcome on board Robert Davies.

Reading-based Davies will cover the Uhlsport Hellenic League Division 1 East and Combined Counties League Division 1 in a little more depth than we’ve been able to.

So that means properly weekly coverage for: AFC Aldermaston, Holyport, Wokingham & Emmbrook and Woodley United as well as Eversley & California and Sandhurst Town.

Robert will be in touch with clubs shortly but he will, in the first instance produce a weekly update every Wednesday. If you’d like to jump the gun and get in touch early, please email [email protected]

Additions

In addition to Robert, we’ve also confirmed the Windsor Observer’s Rob Stevens will post weekly for us on the goings on at Slough Town and Windsor and the latest column from our ‘Insider’ is due on Thursday.

All three join current contributors Tony Hardy who covers the Bracknell Sunday League and Steve Gabb who compiles our transfer round-ups, fixtures lists and pops up with the odd historical nuggett.

If you are interested in writing for Football in Bracknell then we are still looking for more contributors, we are specifically keen on someone interested in covering local women’s football but we are very open to ideas. More details here.

In addition, we still have spots open to sponsor the site this season. It’s just £50 for the entirety of the season. Full details here.

Don't miss a kick of all the football action in and around Bracknell every week, make sure you follow our twitter account @fibracknell and 'like' our facebook page here. You can also join the conversation on our WhatsApp chit chat group here.
