In the Bracknell News, Binfield boss Roger Herridge has been talking about the clubs Hellenic League win-less run and his possibly cast doubt on his future.

He said: “It is hard and you can easily beat yourself up over it and think am I the man to turn it around and get us out of the rut we are in – I need to give that some thought.”

Also in the Bracknell News, Bracknell Town boss Geoff Warner has been talking up the clubs fans.

Warner said: “The amount of fans who travel with us these days is terrific, they are absolutely brilliant.

“I cannot speak highly enough of the supporters who are getting behind the team, no matter where we play.”

Wokingham & Emmbrook look set to return home after the Wokingham Paper reported the club had been successful with their application to the FA for funding improvements at Lowther Road.

The Sumas have been sharing with Bracknell Town this season to maintain their step 6 status but will return home next season.

Manager Dan Bateman said: “I think it’s been 20 odd years we’ve been waiting to try and get home. We lost Finchampstead Road in 1999 I think so the time we actually do go home and have floodlights and are able to play the level of football we want to play at our own ground will be brilliant.”

Hungerford Town boss Ian Herring was delighted to have Callum Willmoth back from injury after 17 months out injured. Willmoth featured for the Crusaders in the 5-0 win over St Albans City.

Herring said to the Newbury Weekly News: “It was fantastic – we got him on earlier than we anticipated and he’s someone we need in our group.

“It was a long road for him and his career was nearly taken away from him so it was brilliant to see him out there.”
