If you are wanting a midweek football fix you are in luck with matches including two Berks & Bucks County Cup Quarter Finals taking place.

The standout match is Wednesday evening (Valentines Day) at Stag Meadow as Windsor welcome Sky Bet League One side MK Dons in the Berks & Bucks FA County Senior Cup Quarter Final. Free entry for ladies too as the hosts run with the Valentines theme.

MK knocked out Ascot United in the previous round but are struggling in the league with four losses and one draw in their last five to languish in the relegation zone. It will undoubtedly be a much changed side although they have included players in the County Cup with league experience.

Prior to that on Tuesday night there’s another Senior Cup Quarter Final tie as Thatcham Town host Woodley United. Thatcham have won their last twenty matches in all competitions and have today been awarded Tony’ Incenzo’s non league team of the week.

Woodley are struggling in the Uhlsport Hellenic League Premier Division but should relish the chance to reach the cup semi-finals with Slough Town already through (having beaten Bracknell Town) and Didcot Town will face Chesham United in the last quarter final.

Talking of Bracknell Town, it’s Perpetua Press Hellenic Floodlit Cup action for them on Tuesday night as they travel to Didcot Town Reserves in one of the three cups that the Robins still remain in.

Focus is clearly on the league promotion race and the FA Vase quarter final so it could be a somewhat changed side that represents the Larges Lane side although a quarter final tie away at Longlevens awaits the victor.

On Thursday evening, Ascot United Development head to Harefield United in the Suburban Football League Central Division with both sides comfortably nestled in the middle of the division.

As ever, please check with the host club before you travel. Links on the home teams indicate we have an away day guide available to help plan your trip.
