Binfield will face a familiar foe in the FA Vase Second Qualifying Round after seeing off Buckingham Athletic 3-2 on Saturday afternoon.

Michael Walton gave the Moles a 6th minute lead that held until half time and Matt Jones doubled it on 66 minutes and youngster Luke Hayden made it 3-0 four minutes later.

Buckingham made it a tense finale with two goals in the closing stages but Binfield held on.

The draw for the FA Vase Second Qualifying round has already been made, and you won’t want to miss it!

Elsewhere Division 1 East Woodley United went out at the first hurdle, defeated by Premier Division Ardley United 4-0 at Scours Lane.

Our man Mark Pugh was at this one and reported: Ardley looked the dominant side at half time and duly led 2-0.

Woodley struggled to contain the break from the visitors defence but had chances and saw one cleared off the line in the second half.

Sandhurst Town lost 3-0 at Bedfont & Feltham while on Friday night Bracknell Town came from a goal down to beat Hook Norton 5-1 in extra time.
