Big scores

11 is this weeks magic number!

Two eleven goal ties at the weekend as Bracknell Cavaliers increased their lead at the top of the Premier Division with a 10-1 win over bottom of the table Braybrooke Athletic and in Division 3 there was a goal fest at Cantley Park as Bracknell Falcons were beaten 7-4 by Winnersh Rangers.

Other big scores included a 7-2 win for AFC Crowthorne at Hurricanes in Division 1, a 4-4 draw between Warfield United and leaders Berkshire All Stars in Division 2.

Doug King writes: Andre Jardim and the returning Nick Walker grabbed a brace each in first half to put the game beyond for Crowthorne who had a full squad for only the third time this season. Steve Morris and Michael McCombie grabbed two early goals in the second half and Pete Morris got the seventh on his debut to wrap things up.

Top of the league

Talking of big scores, there was a heavy 7-2 defeat for promotion chasing Silver Birch at home to Bearwood Wanderers in Division 3 who went top by two points from Ashridge Park u21s.

Clean sheets

A rarity in Sunday League so we celebrate the four from the weekend..

Finchampstead Athletic Sunday kept up with the Premier Division leaders courtesy of a 5-0 win at Bracknell Celtic who ironically won their previous game by the same score.

In Division 1 Ben Lawrence hit a hat-trick as Bracknell Forest continued their strong start under new management with a 3-0 win at home to bottom side 3M FC while Club 8 beat Hope & Anchor 7-0 in Division 2 and Woodley United Reserves won 3-0 at home to Bracknell Cavaliers under 21s.

And finally..

Shane Cooper-Clark hit a hat-trick and Josh Delander  also got in on the action as Morale Madrid set up a Bracknell Sunday League Senior Cup semi-final with Finchampstead Athletic Sunday.

Premier Division Morale edged past Division 1 leaders Crowthorne Inn 4-3 in the quarter finals.
