10-man Bracknell Town had to battle for the three points on Monday at Thatcham Town in the Allied Counties Youth League Central Division after goalkeeper Michael Adams was sent off in the first half.

Bracknell had lead but Thatcham equalised when Adams saw read. Fortunately for the Robins, Ernest Opoku-Ware stepped up between the sticks and the Larges Lane side were able to record a 3-1 win that keeps them in touch with leaders Binfield who they beat last week.

Tom Baldwin, Josh Eatwell and Alexander Lacy all scored for Bracknell.

Last Thursday Ascot United suffered a 5-0 defeat at Camberley Town while Sandhurst Town were beaten 7-0 by Hartley Wintney.

Fixtures coming up include a tough looking League Cup for Binfield at home to third placed South Division side Fleet Town on Thursday night followed by a league match at Hartley Wintney on Wednesday.

Forthcoming youth fixtures:
  • Thurs 30th Nov: Ascot United vs Hartley Wintney
