Bracknell Town moved back up to third place in the Uhlsport Hellenic League Premier Division with an impressive 5-0 victory over Windsor at Larges Lane.

The Robins scored an unanswered four in the first half with Jon Bennett scoring twice and one each for Adam Cornell and Joe Grant.

Centre back Justin Clayton was influential through out and involved in two of the goals – all the while with a smile on his face as the video below shows!

Grant scored again in the second half to make it five and ensure the Robins have score 39 goals and conceded three in their last seven league and cup ties.

Elsewhere, promotion challengers Flackwell Heath suffered a heavy defeat at home to fellow hopefuls Thatcham Town, Marcus Richardson’s new side losing 5-1 at Wilks Park.

Two former Bracknell strikers were in on the act with Shane Cooper-Clark scoring twice while Liam Ferdinand got one and former Woodley United striker Nathanael Robinson scored in injury time.

AFC Aldermaston manager Kieran Jennings admitted he was pleased with a point in Division 1 East despite leading 1-0 through Tom Etheridge at Wallingford Town.

The Atom Men’s boss had to deal with the loss of goalkeeper Matt Desay after half an hour to injury with striker Kai Parton-Edey taking up the gloves.

The point important for Aldermaston against a side in the top four, with Jennings side about to lose three following the demise of Henley Town which was announced on Tuesday night.
