The entire fixture schedule in the Bracknell Town & District Sunday League Premier, Divisions 2 and 4 were completely wiped out by awful weather conditions experienced this weekend and only a handful of fixtures managed to escape postponement.
The one tie in the County Junior Trophy confirmed to have beaten the weather saw Hope & Anchor bow out following a 3-8 defeat at the hands of Slough United.
In Division 1 Finchampstead Athletic Reserves continues their run of improved form and their 3-2 victory away to Ashridge Park moved them up to fifth position. A top half finish, that looked unlikely after a less than impressive start to their campaign, will now be the target for Finch.
The only other two fixtures to be played saw Berkshire United remain rooted to the foot of Division 3 and without a point despite a narrow 1-2 defeat at the hands of Winnersh Rangers who, with that win, strengthened their position in 4th. In the same division Winnersh Town edged a 9-goal thriller with Bearwood Wanderers winning 5-4. The win for Town moves them up one place and out of the bottom 2 above Hope & Anchor.
