Bearwood Wanderers secured their place in the Final of the Berks & Bucks Junior Trophy with a hard-fought 1-0 victory over South Reading where they will face Jolly Sportsman, who beat Bracknell Sunday League side Woodley Saints in the other semi-final by 4-2 on penalties after the game finished 4-4. The final will be played at Slough Town FC (pictured) on Sunday 14th April.

FC Fernhill moved to within two wins from their remaining six games to clinch back-to-back Premier Division titles following their 5-2 win against Athletico Forest.

Mathematically only Crowthorne Inn in 2nd place and 4th placed Raglan can catch Fernhill now but will rely upon slip-up’s by the top team to do so. Of the two only Raglan played on Sunday, defeating Panthers by 5-4.

AFC Crowthorne Stiffs stormed to the summit of Division 1 following their 6-3 defeat of Woodley United. Despite their 7-1 demolition of Finchampstead Athletic Reserves, leaders at the start of the day, Wokingham & Emmbrook TMW stay in 5th whilst in-form Berks County maintained their impressive recent winning run with the 4-3 defeat of Winkfield.

Any one from four of Stiffs, Loveman United (3rd), Berks County and Wokingham & Emmbrook can secure top spot as Champions over the seven weeks remaining of the season.

Already safe as Champions, Sandhurst nudged further clear at the top of Division 2 by a massive 17 points with a resounding 8-1 win against a struggling Bracknell Corinthians outfit.

Closest challengers for much of the season, Moore Close Manor waved the white flag following their 3-1 loss to 3rd placed Golden Farmer Reserves.

With the top two in Division 3 not playing league fixtures Braybrooke Athletic moved into 2nd place with a 5-1 win against Silver Birch A. Just three points separate the top three of Bracknell Cavaliers (P14, 32 Pts), Braybrooke (P14, 31 Pts) and Bearwood (P13, 29 Pts).

Long-time leaders of Division 4 Crownwood Dukes could only manage a 1-1 draw with 4th placed Bracknell Cavaliers Reserves but still remain on course to lift their first title.

Bracknell Athletic Reserves look to be their likeliest challengers following a 3-1 win against AFC Crowthorne Old Boys but will need to make up an 8 point deficit on the leaders in their remaining 4 games. Dukes have 2 to play.
