The Berks & Bucks under 18s side have one hand on the South & West Counties Championship after an impressive 6-1 win over over Wiltshire on Sunday.

Binfield’s Eddie Lee opened the scoring at Bracknell Town’s Larges Lane on the half hour and Hungerford Town’s Josh Elms made it 2-0 on the hour – the first of a goal-laden three minutes in the tie.

Wiltshire were back in it after levelling from the spot on the hour but Connor Holland restored parity on 61 minutes.

It was 4-1 on 67 minutes and the home side ran away with it in the final 10, Ascot United’s England Schoolboy international James Richardson made it 5-1 on 83 minutes and Holland got his second in the final minute of the game.

The result means a win for Aaron Steadman’s side in their last game away to Cornwall on Sunday will give the Berks & Bucks FA the South & West Counties Championship title with a 100% record.
