Young right-back George Lock has returned to Bracknell Town after his ‘loan’ spell at Binfield concluded at the weekend.
Lock was a revelation for the Robins last season establishing himself as a first team regular first under Keith Pennicott-Bowen and then Mark Tallentire, but found himself down the pecking order in 2016/17.

The former Bracknell Town under 18s captain made 42 appearances for the Robins first team in 2015/16 but was limited to one start and one appearance off the bench for this season.
At Binfield, Lock played 11 times and scored twice – including a debut goal for the Moles – and played against his ‘parent club’ in Binfield’s 2-1 FA Vase defeat to Bracknell.
It is understood that Lock will compete with former Ascot United captain Dave Hancock for the right back slot at Larges Lane.
