Bracknell Town have added and experienced Conference South left-back to their squad ahead of the Uhlsport Hellenic Premier Division title run-in.

Former Hayes & Yeading United and Hungerford Town full-back Diak John has been announced on the clubs twitter feed as the latest member of the Larges Lane squad – with title chasing Flackwell Heath the visitors on Saturday afternoon.

The ex-Crusaders man is described on the club website as ‘probably the fastest left back in the Conference League’ and made 36 appearances during Hungerford’s promotion season in 2015/16.

John’s signature is timely for manager Mark Tallentire who’s Robins side are a point behind leaders Flackwell Heath but with three games in hand while Thame United are level in third having played one game more.
