There could well be a familiar face lining up against Bracknell Town when they face Ascot United on Tuesday night after right-back George Lock signed on at the Racecourse Ground.

Lock left Bracknell after over a decade in the summer for Binfield where he spent a short time on loan last season but found himself down the pecking order at Hill Farm Lane and we understand has made the move to Ascot in search of game time.

Of course Bracknell will be without manager Mark Tallentire who left after two years in charge on Monday but Lock will – should he start – be up against a number of former team mates.

United have had a tough start to the 2017/18 season picking up only four points in 10 games an they let a three goal lead slip at then bottom side Fairford Town on Saturday to draw 4-4.
