Uhlsport Hellenic League Premier Division Binfield have added former Bracknell Town goalkeeper Chris Grace to their squad as the Moles look to challenge at the top of the division.

Grace recently confirmed his departure from Southern League Premier Division Hendon and has rejoined the club he was ‘on loan’ at for part of the 2018/19 season.

The ‘keeper is well known in East Berkshire having had impressive spells with the Robins as well as Ascot United and the now defunct Reading Town.

Announcing the signing, Binfield posted on twitter: “We would like to announce the signing of Chris Grace. Gracey started the season at Southern Premier League Hendon and has been one of areas best keepers for many years at Ascot United and in more recent times Bracknell Town.”

In a round up of recent signings, the Moles welcomed Thatcham Town’s FA Vase winning captain Tom Melledew to the club with the Kingfisher’s twitter account declaring: ” He will be remembered as the most decorated Thatcham Town captain of all time. What a great captain, leader and legend.”

The Moles have a free weekend on Saturday. A full list of Berkshire fixtures are here.
