Uhlsport Hellenic League Premier Division side Windsor have boosted their forward line with the addition of forward Adam McNamara.

The striker striker joins from Windsor’s Stag Meadow tenants Virginia Water where he had been top scorer this season for the Surrey side.

McNamara played 91 Hellenic League games for Virginia Water scoring 38 times as the Waters rose from the Surrey Elite League, through the Hellenic League Division One East in 2017/18 to the Premier Division.

Windsor, who confirmed the move on New Years Eve, beat Virginia Water 2-0 in the Stag Meadow derby with McNamara on the bench for the ‘visitors’.

Both clubs are in action on Saturday with Windsor at Ardley United while Virginia Water host Holmer Green at Stag Meadow. The full list of Hellenic League fixtures is here.
