Danny Robinson has continued his Crusaders Revolution at Bulpit Lane by signings on another nine players for the 2020/2021 season.

Many of these new players are already well known by Robinson, having previously been part of Thatcham Town’s successful FA Vase and Hellenic Premier winning team.

Two of Thatcham’s FA Vase winning side have signed for Hungerford with left-back Curtis Angell and centre-half Baboucarr Jarra signing for the Crusaders.

Forward Kyle Tooze who has played for many clubs in the Southern League but spent the last part of the 2019/20 season at Thatcham has moved across west Berkshire to sign for Hungerford.

In a post on social media, Tooze credited Robinson with helping ‘get his mojo back’ having previously considered quitting the game. He described the decision to make the step up to the National League with Hungerford as a ‘no brainer’.

Other players to have signed for the Crusaders this week are forward Sol Wanjau Smith, Tiverton midfielder Ryan Beckinsale, goalkeeper Luke Cairney, Portuguese full-back Nuno Felix, centre-half Mike Jones and former Forest Green Rovers winger Ollie Artwell.
