Ascot United Ladies prepare for new season

Ascot United Ladies begin their pre-season at Swindon Supermarine on Sunday 28th July. Over the past couple of weeks they’ve been busy signing on players for the new season.

The club finished in 6th place in the Southern Region Women’s Football League.

Manager Darrel Evans has been confirmed as Ascot United Ladies manager once again. This season will mark his tenth season in charge of the Yellawomen.

Ascot have also confirmed the signings of Nicole Brown (4 goals in 14 appearances last season), Stephanie Fetts (2 goals in 19 appearances), winger Sarah Davern, full-back Lucie Krautilova and goalkeeper Lisa Phillips.

Club captain Hannah Evans has also signed on for the new season, her ninth at the club.

Ascot United Ladies have been drawn to face Abingdon Town at home in the Preliminary Round of the FA Cup. The match will take place on Sunday 1st September 2019.
