On a post listed on the club’s website, the Boars have indicated their ambitions for a new coaching staff as they aim for promotion to the Southern Region Women’s Football League as well as intentions to start up a reserve side for the new season. The full statement reads:

Ladies Team – 1st Team Assistant Manager and Coaches, Reserve Team Manager and Coaches

For the 2021/22 season, we have made the decision, subject to FA approval, to move our Ladies team to the Southern Region Women’s League, which will see our existing squad play a higher standard of football and as part of this progression, we are looking for enthusiastic dynamic coaches to join the management team and support the Ladies squad with the demands of higher level competition.

In addition, we are planning to start a Ladies Reserve side for the upcoming season, so we are looking for potential Team Manager and coaches to help establish the team.

Ideally, the candidates would have FA Level 2 coaching badges and experience of working within the ladies game but this is not essential.”
